Executive Management

Shyam K. Reddy has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a member of our Board, since March 2023. Prior to his current role, he served as BlueLinx’s Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer and Corporate Secretary and was responsible for the legal, risk management and ESG functions. Previously, Shyam served as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Corporate Secretary at BlueLinx from May 2019 to March 2022 and Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer from April 2018 to May 2019, in addition to having responsibility for Corporate Development. Shyam served as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary from May 2017 to April 2018, and as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from June 2015 until May 2017. 

Prior to joining BlueLinx, Shyam served as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Euramax International, Inc. (the predecessor of OmniMax International, LLC), from March 2013 to March 2015. Before joining Euramax International, Inc., he was the Regional Administrator of the Southeast Sunbelt Region of the U.S. General Services Administration from March 2010 to March 2013. Prior to accepting the Presidential Appointment at the U.S. General Services Administration, Shyam practiced corporate law as a partner in the Atlanta office of Kilpatrick, Townsend & Stockton LLP.

Shyam received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and a Master of Public Health degree from Emory University, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia.

Keisha Duck has served as our Vice President, Human Resources since June 2024. Keisha has over 25 years of experience leading human resource teams, working collaboratively with business units, and driving organizational strategic initiatives. Most recently, Keisha was the Chief Human Resource Officer for Ryan Companies, a 2,000 employee national builder and developer, where she led a team of human resource business partners, total rewards, and HRIS and talent management professionals. Prior to working at Ryan Companies, spent 17 years at Cox Enterprises supporting multiple businesses, including AutoTrader.com, Cox Communications and mostly recently, as the Vice President of Talent, Learning and Culture at Cox Automotive.

Keisha graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and a Master’s Degree in human resources development.

Praveen Gautam has served as Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer since May 2021. In this role, Praveen is responsible for working closely with BlueLinx leadership to understand their business strategy while developing and executing an IT strategy that supports the Company’s digital transformation journey. Praveen has more than 25 years of Information Technology experience, with expertise in IT Strategy, IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, IT Security & Risk Management, Enterprise Applications, Business Intelligence & Reporting, Data Management, Application Integration, Web Application Development, and IT Audit & General Controls. Prior to joining BlueLinx, he held IT leadership positions at Altium Packaging, Brambles, and Tellabs.

Praveen holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Master of Business Administration (MIS & Finance) from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.

Chad Lee has served as the Vice President, Distribution & Operations since November 2023. Chad has over two decades of delivering business results and demonstrating leadership in various functional areas, including global procurement, supply chain, logistics, sales leadership, and large-scale project management. Prior to joining BlueLinx, Chad served as the Vice President of Operations at Pearlman Group, where he provided executive oversight of the privately held company’s supply chain, distribution, and operations in specialty distribution. Before Pearlman Group, Chad held key roles at S.P. Richards Co., culminating in his position as Executive Vice President, where he had P&L leadership and managed thirty-seven Distribution Centers.

Chad is a graduate of Jacksonville State University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Christin Lumpkin has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since December 2024. In this role she oversees legal, compliance, risk management and customs, as well as all corporate governance functions. Previously, Christin served as Deputy General Counsel, Corporate and Securities, since October 2023. Christin brings over twenty years of experience serving as corporate counsel, providing legal and strategic business advice to multinational companies engaged in a variety of industries. Prior to joining BlueLinx, Christin served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Reibus International, Inc., an online marketplace for industrial metals. Prior to that, Christin spent over 16 years in a variety of leadership positions at Global Payments Inc., a leading worldwide provider of payment technology and software solutions, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Earlier in her career, Christin was an associate on the Corporate/M&A team at King & Spalding LLP.

Christin earned her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in English Literature from Samford University.

Mark Mason has served as Vice President of Product Management since June 2025. In this role, he leads the Company’s product management strategy, overseeing roadmap development, portfolio optimization, and cross-functional execution to drive Bluelinx’s profitable sales growth strategy. Mark brings more than 15 years of experience in product management, category strategy, and commercialization within the building products industry to BlueLinx. Most recently he was with Stanley Black & Decker, serving as Vice President of Category Management for the STANLEY brand. Earlier in his career, Mark held leadership positions at Polaris, Gerber Gear, and Newell Rubbermaid.

Mark graduated from the University of Tennessee where he studied Business Administration, Enterprise Management, and International Business.

Leo Oei has served as our Vice President, National Accounts since June 2025. In this role, he leads the National Accounts and Multi-Family team, and is responsible for enabling our sales growth strategy, leveraging our scale to deliver the optimal value proposition to our customers and vendors. Previously, Leo served as Vice President, National Accounts and Product Management; Vice President, Product Management; and prior to that as the General Manager of Denville, NJ, and Long Island, NY markets. Leo brings 20 years of procurement and supply chain experience to the role, including having led a 70-employee trucking company.

Leo earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, International Business, and Marketing from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX and his Master of Business Administration degree from The American Graduate School of International Management in Glendale, AZ.

Kelly Wall serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer overseeing the company’s financial strategy, capital markets activity, investor relations, and financial operations. Kelly brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, capital markets, and strategic transactions. Prior to joining BlueLinx in 2025, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Aaron’s Company, Inc., where he led the company through a public spin-off, a strategic acquisition, and a successful take-private transaction. Earlier in his career, Kelly held senior financial leadership roles at CNG Holdings and TMX Finance, following a 17-year tenure at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he rose to Managing Director and led more than 200 capital markets and finance transactions.

Kelly earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management, Accounting and Finance from Clemson University.

Mike Wilson has served as our Chief Commercial Officer since April 2024. In this role, he is focused on driving profitable sales growth through our Regional, Local and National Account teams. Prior to his current position, he played key roles that contributed significantly to our growth. He served as Chief Product Management Officer, Senior Vice President of Product Management, Vice President of Specialty Products, and Vice President of Sales at BlueLinx, where his dedication and expertise made a substantial impact. Before joining BlueLinx, Mike’s career path at Cedar Creek began in 1997 when he started as an Industrial Salesman. His unwavering commitment and outstanding performance led to successive promotions. In 2002, he assumed the role of General Manager of the Little Rock facility, showcasing his leadership abilities. Over the years, he continued to excel, advancing to Regional Manager in 2011, Vice President of the Eastern Region in 2014, and ultimately Vice President of Sales in 2016.
