Shyam K. Reddy, President & CEO

Shyam K. Reddy has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a member of our Board, since March 2023. He recently served as BlueLinx’s Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer and Corporate Secretary and was responsible for the legal, risk management and ESG functions. Previously, Shyam served as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Corporate Secretary at BlueLinx from May 2019 to March 2022 and Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer from April 2018 to May 2019, in addition to having responsibility for Corporate Development. Mr. Reddy served as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary from May 2017 to April 2018, and as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from June 2015 until May 2017. Prior to joining BlueLinx, Mr. Reddy served as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Euramax International, Inc. (the predecessor of OmniMax International, LLC), from March 2013 to March 2015. Before joining Euramax International, Inc., Mr. Reddy was the Regional Administrator of the Southeast Sunbelt Region of the U.S. General Services Administration from March 2010 to March 2013. Prior to accepting the Presidential Appointment at the U.S. General Services Administration, Mr. Reddy practiced corporate law as a partner in the Atlanta office of Kilpatrick, Townsend & Stockton LLP. Mr. Reddy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and a Master of Public Health degree from Emory University, and also received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia.

Sean Dwyer, Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer

Sean Dwyer has served as our Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer since February 2022. Prior to joining us, Mr. Dwyer served as the Vice President of Corporate Development for WestRock Company, where he built and led the WestRock’s Corporate Development group. Prior to that, Mr. Dwyer served as Director of M&A for Rock-Tenn Company. Early in his career, Mr. Dwyer served in various investment- and M&A advisory-oriented roles for EVE Partners, Investure, and Edgeview Partners (now Piper Sandler). Mr. Dwyer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.

Tricia Kinney, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Tricia Kinney has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since July 2023. Prior to joining BlueLinx, Tricia served as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at ServiceMaster Brands, a leading provider of restoration, cleaning, moving, and biohazardous remediation services in residential and commercial markets. In this role, Tricia led an international team and spearheaded important legal and business initiatives. Prior to joining ServiceMaster Brands, Tricia spent 12 years at Kimberly-Clark Corporation, serving in various senior-level roles, including as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, KCP & Global Supply Chain. Earlier in her career, Tricia was a litigation partner at Powell Goldstein LLP (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner) where she focused on general commercial and employment-related litigation. Tricia is a member of the Association of Distinguished Legal Executives, as well as the Atlanta Community Food Bank, Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta, and the Murphy-Harpst Children’s Centers. Tricia earned her B.A. from Boston College and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.

Andy Wamser, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Andy Wamser has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since July 2023. Prior to joining us, Mr. Wamser served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mativ Holdings, a global specialty materials company, where he was responsible for external SEC reporting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, procurement, corporate development, and investor relations. Prior to that, Mr. Wamser served as Vice President, Finance, Treasurer and Investor Relations, at AutoNation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wamser served in a variety of senior-level investment banking roles at Barclays Capital PLC and at UBS, where he was a Managing Director that supported clients in the Global Industrials Group. Mr. Wamser has a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and Bachelor of Arts from Miami University (Ohio).

Mike Wilson, Chief Product Management Officer

Mike Wilson has served as our Chief Product Management Officer since September 2023. In this role, he has been instrumental in spearheading the expansion of our distribution partnerships with key suppliers. Prior to his current position, he played key roles that contributed significantly to our growth. He served as Senior Vice President of Product Management, Vice President of Specialty Products, and Vice President of Sales at BlueLinx, where his dedication and expertise made a substantial impact. Before joining BlueLinx, Mike’s career path at Cedar Creek began in 1997 when he started as an Industrial Salesman. His unwavering commitment and outstanding performance led to successive promotions. In 2002, he assumed the role of General Manager of the Little Rock facility, showcasing his leadership abilities. Over the years, he continued to excel, advancing to Regional Manager in 2011, Vice President of the Eastern Region in 2014, and ultimately Vice President of Sales in 2016.
