Keisha Duck has served as Chief Human Resources Officer since March 2025. In this role she is responsible for shaping and executing the Company's people strategy, with oversight of talent acquisition, leadership development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, culture, organizational effectiveness, and HR technology. Previously, Keisha served as Vice President, Human Resources since June 2024. Keisha has over 25 years of experience leading human resource teams, working collaboratively with business units, and driving organizational strategic initiatives. Prior to joining BlueLinx, Keisha was the Chief Human Resource Officer for Ryan Companies, a 2,000 employee national builder and developer, where she led a team of human resource business partners, total rewards, and HRIS and talent management professionals. Prior to that, Keisha spent 17 years at Cox Enterprises supporting multiple businesses, including AutoTrader.com, Cox Communications and mostly recently, as the Vice President of Talent, Learning and Culture at Cox Automotive.
Keisha graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and a Master’s Degree in human resources development.
