Anuj Dhanda has served as a member of our Board since May 2023. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and the Chief Technology and Transformation Officer of Albertsons Companies, Inc. (NYSE: ACI), one of the largest food and drug retailers in the United States. Prior to joining Albertsons Companies in 2015, Mr. Dhanda served as Senior Vice President of Digital Commerce and Chief Information Officer for Giant Eagle, Inc. from August 2013 to December 2015. From March 2008 to August 2013, Mr. Dhanda served as Chief Information Officer of PNC Financial Services (NYSE: PNC), a bank holding company and financial services corporation. Mr. Dhanda earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University as well as a Master of Business Administration and Ph.D. in Management (Finance) degrees from Rutgers University.
